Maintenance/Service Contracts

Preventative maintenance is the key to the health of your air conditioning and heating system.

Our long, hot southwest Florida summers keep your air conditioning system running full speed 24-hours a day.  The humidity is constantly high, providing a perfect atmosphere for the formation of mold and mildew in your equipment and ductwork.  Add the frequent Florida thunderstorms that create huge power surges and you can understand why an expertly maintained system is important.

Weather Control has a service/maintenance contract that will fit your needs and keep your air conditioning humming under the worst conditions.  Typical contracts include these listed below.  Contact us for special situations.

Maintenance & inspection - 1 time/year
Maintenance & inspection - 2 times/year
